Life in General

This week is exam week for me. Tomorrow I have math and then English. On Wednesday I have biology and then Spanish. I only have one exam on Friday and that is the dreaded history exam. I have studied a lot for the math and English exam. I already made a math outline for all the chapters that we've covered. It took me 3 to 4 hours to make and is 7 pages long, so hopefully I will make a good grade! I have a study guide for history. It is 6 pages, and that is just on all of the religions that we've covered! History is a lot to remember, but luckily we have a really good teacher who told us what the essay questions on the exam will be. So in my study time and probably some of my spare time I will be writing practice essays! Yay...so much fun! JK...writing essays isn't fun, but if I keep rewriting them, the information will stick in my brain. To study for my spanish exam, I have made flash cards with the vocabulary. Spanish seems like it will be an easy exam. Our Spanish teacher told us not to study right before the exam during the break between biology and Spanish. I probably will study a little bit though. After exam week is a long Christmas break that I am looking foward to! I can't wait to sleep in and just have some relax time for a couple of weeks.
My grades are very important to me this year because they are going to determine a lot of things! My grades will determine if I will be in the school musical, if I will get my learners permit in February, and if I will be able to have the grades to get into SCAD. A lot of things are riding on my grades and I am very anxious to see how they will turn out.

This school day was a half day. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday will also be half days! YAY! Today at school I got the song "Story of a Girl" by Nine Days stuck in a lot of my friends' heads. I think it is a pretty awesome song. I also like some music by Boys Like Girls, Nirvana, Linkin Park, Matchbox Twenty, Sum 41, Lifehouse, and Snow Patrol. My music range has expanded since I was younger. I like a lot of different kinds of music and can listen to almost anything.

That is pretty much it for now!

I will definitely post what my grades are when I get them! Hopefully they will be good! I am pretty confident that they will be good grades!

Teenage World...CRAZY Stuff!!!

Next week is....EXAM WEEK!!! I am prepared...at least I think I am! I will definitely be doing plenty of studying this weekend! Exam week is when I start to miss 5th and 6th grade! But I can cross the street now! So I guess it's cool.

Today we had cheerleading pictures! I will admit...my individual picture was awesome! I might post it later! Cheerleading has definitely been a bonding experience and I like it a lot!

Footloose dance party for the cast was tonight! It was pretty fun! Before going to the party though, my dad and I went to Starbucks! I got a Peppermint Mocha Frapuccino! It was delicious! I love coffee now! I used to think it was gross until I found out what I was missing out on!

Being a teenager has its ups and downs! I can't drive yet, but when I get my permit...WATCH OUT! Seriously...you might want to get off the road! I'm just kidding...I'm not that bad of a driver. I've only really had experience with farm vehicles though! The bad thing about being a teenager...EXAMS!!!!!

I have some pretty cool songs that I just wanted to write down and see if anyone has ever heard some of them! Here it goes:

1. Call on Me - Eric Prydz

2. Music is My Hot, Hot Sex - CSS

3. Story of a Girl - Nine Days

4. Le Disko - Shiny Toy Guns

5. You Are the One - Shiny Toy Guns

6. Bleed it Out - Linkin Park

7. Cyclone - Baby Bash

8. Falling Down - Duran Duran

9. Everywhere - Michelle Branch

10. Slide - Goo Goo Dolls

11. Teardrops on My Guitar - Taylor Swift

I really love music...so here's a hint to anyone getting me a Christmas gift...$10 Itunes gift card! I also like coffee...so a Starbucks gift card is acceptable too!

Today after pictures my friends and I walked around our school track. They walked barefoot..but I, having common sense, wore my shoes. I ended up having to give one of my friends a piggy back ride because her feet hurt. When I was wearing my uniform..my friend was showing me off and was like "She's mine, you can't have her!" I really love my friends a lot. Today at lunch and at dinner at the party, we crammed about 20 people at a table made for about 5 people! We are amazing! At the Footloose party we danced...and danced...and ate food...lots of food! We also went up to the cat walk! That was tons of fun...the "snake" scared my friend half to death tho! The techies put a rubber snake by the entrance to the cat walk...very interesting! My other friend also picked me up and carried me around for a little while! That was pretty fun...but I think he was just trying to show off. I have a lot of friends...and the love me...because I'm special, in many ways! LOL!

That about sums everything up for now!

Laters people!

Updates...there are lots..so brace yourself!

I haven't written in an extremely long time..and a lot has changed.

1.) I'm a cheerleader at school! Yay! School Spirit!

2.) I have also tried out for the school musical, Footloose. I am in chorus, but I'm not complaining!

3.) I have also become obsessed with shoes and purses along with my Mom.

4.) Freshman year is pretty awesome!

5.) I can change my eye color, to blue instead of brown. I think that is pretty cool.

6.) I got my braces removed! YAY!

****But I still have my red hair!

That's basically everything!

As for information about cheerleading: We have an awesome coach! When we went to cheerleading camp we won a first place trophy for the extreme routine that we learned! Trust me...it was extreme! Our fans are so supportive and they respond, so that's good that we have good fans! We've had our mascott, Jacques the Cavalier, appear at some basketball games!

I'm very excited about Footloose! I don't care if I'm in the chorus, because chorus is a lot of fun! Most people should know the plot of Footloose, but if you don't, here it is. The main character, Ren, moves to a town where dancing and music is illegal. Ren wants to have a dance for the senior class of Beaumont Highschool, but first he was to convince the Reverend.

Cheerleading and being in the school musicals is such a bonding experience because you work with other people and just have a lot of fun!

Shoes: Converse, Ugg, Vans, Pierre Dumas

Purses: Coach, Dooney and Burke, Kathy Van Zeeland, Vera Bradley

Freshman year is really fun! I have a lot of new opportunties such as the school musical and cheerleading. We've got a class of 60 people, the biggest since about 30 years ago at my school! I'm taking introduction to studio art this year. I really enjoy it because our teacher is awesome and I'm pretty good at art! We work with lots of mediums such as pencil, charcoal, graphite, and paint. It's a lot of fun!

No more braces! Yay! I was so happy to get my braces off! Now, I'm whitening my teeth to have the prettiest smile I can! I love having my braces gone!

More later!

Chorus Practice

Today was my first, but definitely not my last chorus practice for my school's musical Anything Goes. It is going to have an enormous set. The story takes place an an ocean liner. Since I am in the chorus I say nothing, but sing almost everything. We have another practice tomorrow. Our practices last for 3 to 3 and 1/2 hours. I'm cannot wait until we actually perform the musical.

I have a new friend that is a year younger than me. She too spins. She is very nice.

We have a new student at my school. She is Welsh. She has an English accent and is very nice, too, just like most people I know.

Report cards should be coming via mail. I am hoping for A's and B's. If I get any C's I will immediately lose the oppurtunity to be in the school musical. This semester I am concentrating more on my school work. Tomorrow, I have a Vocabulary quiz in English class. I feel that I am ready, I know I will make a 100.

Dad has a blog now. Please check it out and comment. I felt very happy when I got my very first comment.

Tomorrow's another day full of more stuff to blog about.

Plentiful Holiday

Christmas was very plentiful this year. I woke up very late instead of popping up and waking up my parents. On New Years I stayed up until 2:00 in the morning and woke up at 11:00 in the morning. We had family over before Christmas.

I got a Foozeball Table, a TV, Gilmore Girls Season 1 and 2 and 3, 3 DVDs, 2 CDs, earrings and a shirt, a blanket, money, and candy.

I gave Mom a handmade pot. I gave Dad some warm alpaca socks.

Beacause of the TV we had to rearrange my room again.

I've gone back to school (started Jan. 3rd). I also auditioned for the school musical on Thursday. I went back on Friday and found out that I am in the chorus for our musical Anything Goes. I can't wait to show my friends my name on the chorus list on Monday. In about a week, I will start a new semester with Drama being my elective.

That's all for the past weeks.

Bye!
